Session Structure
Session are fully personalised to your needs and can be virtual and in-person. They usually run as follows:

Session are fully personalised to your needs and can be virtual and in-person. They usually run as follows:
- As an option, we can have a 15 minute consultation call via Zoom – free of charge – to discuss what you would like to work on.
- In your first session, we establish a relationship with each other, determine your priorities for future sessions, and you learn some basic Tapping Techniques. We also discuss your Wellbeing Form and you can ask any questions you may have.
- During a session, we work through your priorities using BodyTalk protocol charts and structured intuition.
- After each session, we discuss what is working for you, whether you have noticed any changes, and how you would like to go forward.
- Sessions can be organised one at a time, however packages are available. In my experience, people generally notice shifts after 4-7 sessions.
