Book a Session

Invest in your wellbeing

If you are dealing with any of the following, book an 1 hour session
  • Physical Issues
  • Emotional and Mental Health
  • Reaching Personal Goals
  • Family Dynamics
  • Life Transitions (job, moving, baby, divorce, loss/grief
​Looking to enhance family, team, business, friendship or partner dynamics, by addressing the unconscious influences that trigger conflict in the relationships, book a Group Session together with all involved persons.
Session Structure
Session are fully personalised to your needs and are done via Zoom. They usually run as follows:​
  1. In your first session, we establish a relationship with each other, determine your priorities for future sessions, and you learn some basic Tapping Techniques. We also discuss your Wellbeing Form and you can ask any questions you may have.
  2. During a session, we work through your priorities using BodyTalk protocol charts and structured intuition.
  3. After each session, we discuss what is working for you, whether you have noticed any changes, and how you would like to go forward.
  4. Sessions can be organised one at a time, however packages are available. In my experience, people generally notice shifts after 4-7 sessions.

Before Your First Session

Prior to your first Session, please complete the following documents. You can either send them to me or give me a paper copy at your session.
