Many of us are living with low grade fear that we are not even aware of.  On top of that we have many stresses from our everyday living – we often have many straws riding on the camels back.  The accumulation of stress can lead to increased inflammation, panic attacks, migraines, insomnia, depression, etc.  If you are wanting to do more than taking pills to suppress your symptoms, then these are some of the aspects that might be addressed during a series of 7 sessions:
